6 Barra Road, Biddeford: 2,704-square-foot former bank site sold to Venture III Holdings LLC by Neil’s Motors Inc. for $790,000. Karen Rich and Greg Perry of Cardente Real Estate brokered the deal, which closed Dec. 22.

2564 Portland Road, Arundel: Land sold to Motorland LLC by Neal Griffith for $600,000. Ed Herczeg and Cheri Bonawitz of KW Commercial brokered the deal, which closed Dec. 10.

626 U.S. Route 1, Scarborough: Office building and residence sold to Dog Days LLC by Linda Roy Living Trust for $485,000. Craig Young and Anthony Struzziero of CBRE|The Boulos Co. brokered the deal, which closed Dec. 2.

120 Thadeus St., South Portland:  Industrial/office condominium sold to Larry S. & Jill R. Nixon Trust by J.S. Hanson LLC for $227,500. Ed Herczeg of Keller Williams Realty and Andrew Ingalls of CBRE|The Boulos Co. brokered the deal, which closed Nov. 24.

110 Main St., Saco: Building II sold to Saco Island West LLC by Rivergate LLC for $1.72 million. Chris Paszyc and Dan Greenstein of CBRE|The Boulos Co. brokered the deal, which closed Nov. 23.

600 County Road, Westbrook: 28,580-square-foot industrial building sold to Lake Creek Properties LLC by Brawn-Acker LLC for $1.7 million. Greg Hastings and Tom Dunham of NAI The Dunham Group brokered the deal, which closed Dec. 4.

88 ½ - 90 Exchange St., Portland: 7,092-square-foot, three-story mixed-use building on 0.066 acres sold to Rivendell Real Estate LLC by Whaleback Associates LLC for $1,675,000. Joe Malone and Jennifer Small of Malone Commercial Brokers and Joe Porta of CBRE|The Boulos Co. brokered the deal, which closed Dec. 4.

488 Narragansett Trail, Buxton: Land sold to S&D Development LLC by Jill Smith for $212,000. Cheri Bonawitz and Ed Herczeg of KW Commercial and Ken Lang of Maine Real Estate Network brokered the deal, which closed Nov. 30.

315 Cumberland Ave., Portland (Public Market Parking Garage): 243,000-square-foot, 590-stall parking garage sold to Northeast Investors LLC by L.E. Springer Inc. for $7,950,000. Tom Moulton of NAI The Dunham Group brokered the deal, which closed July 19.

123, 127, 131 Sherman St., Portland: Two apartment buildings (total of 19 units) and a parking lot sold to Sherman Street Properties LLC by Intown Property Holdings LLC for $1,615,000. Jeff Davis of Town & Shore Associates LLC brokered the deal, which closed Nov. 24.

Fore, India, Hancock and Thames streets, Portland: 1.3-acre waterfront land parcel and 211,771-square-foot parking garage (Ocean Gateway Garage) sold to Portland Norwich Group LLC by Ocean Gateway Garage LLC and LRAR LLC for $20 million. Frank O’Connor of NAI The Dunham Group brokered the deal with JLL Boston, which closed Nov. 20.

167 Fore St., Portland: 211,771-square foot Ocean Gateway Garage sold to 167 Fore Street LLC by Portland Norwich Group LLC for $13.1 million. Frank O’Connor and Tom Moulton of NAI The Dunham Group brokered the deal, which closed Nov. 20.

84 Sanford Road, Wells: .77-acre property, to be combined with two adjacent land parcels for development of a 70-bed Memory Care Center, sold to Avita Wells LLC by Roy R. Garvin and Patricia A. Garvin for $450,000. Roxane A. Cole of Roxane Cole Commercial Real Estate LLC brokered the deal, which closed Nov. 9. Related transactions include a 5-acre development lot sold to Avita Wells LLC by Penny L. Freeman for $262,500 and a 4.25-acre development lot sold to Avita Wells LLC by Shane T. Maxon and Pamela J. Moody for $362,500. Roxane A. Cole of Roxane Cole Commercial Real Estate LLC and Pamela Moody-Maxon of Moody-Maxon Real Estate brokered the deals, which closed Nov. 9.

21 Sweetser Road, Yarmouth: Songbird Creative Center sold to Palmer Real Estate LLC by Songbird Enterprises Inc. for $240,000. Michael Anderson of Paragon Commercial Real Estate and Scott Balfour of Magnusson Balfour brokered the deal, which closed Nov. 4.
