1075 Forest Ave., Portland: Office building sold to Delta Realty LLC by Northern Utilities for $1,450,000. Gregory Boulos and Joseph Porta of CBRE|The Boulos Co. brokered the deal, which closed September 19.

2282 Congress St., Portland: 3.23 acres of land sold to Portland Property Holdings LLC by Hutchcourt LLC for $810,000. Joe Malone and Jennifer Small of Malone Commercial Brokers brokered the deal, which closed September 15.

Brunswick Avenue, Gardiner: Land parcel sold to Gardiner Federal Credit Union by Hannaford Bros. Co. for $205,000. Earle Kenney of Sprague and Curtis, and Drew Sigfridson and Tony McDonald of CBRE|The Boulos Co. brokered the deal, which closed September 17.

17 Laurence Drive, Gorham: 7.15-acre land parcel sold to 17 Laurence LLC (dba Seaside landscaping) by VT Properties LLC for $145,000. Justin Lamontagne from NAI The Dunham Group and Karen Rich from Cardente Real Estate brokered the deal, which closed September 24.

400 Riverside Industrial Parkway, Portland: 60,000-square-foot industrial building sold to Northern Utilities Inc. by Grass Properties for $2,500,000. Tom Dunham of NAI The Dunham Group and Joe Porta from CBRE|The Boulos Co. brokered the deal, which closed September 11.

12A Portland Fish Pier, Portland: 7,070-square-foot light industrial building sold to Freedom Fish LLC by Atlantic Resource Enterprises LLC for $725,000. Peter Harrington, Joe Malone and Jennifer Small of Malone Commercial Brokers brokered the deal, which closed September 9.

664 Main St., Gorham: 11,800-square-foot office/retail/service/warehouse building known as Port City Graphics Complex on 1.1 acres sold to Olmstead Marketing LLC by 664 Main LLC for $625,000. John Doyon of Malone Commercial Brokers brokered the deal, which closed September 15.

458-460 Sabattus St., Lewiston: 4,821-square-foot multi-unit building sold to Central Maine Ventures LLC by Richard and Joline Banaitis for $185,000. Kevin Fletcher of Malone Commercial Brokers and Ronald Chartier of Tim Dunham Realty brokered the deal, which closed September 10.

14 Resilient Circle, Brunswick: 52,513-square-foot former Navy Building 87 and adjacent 1,156-square-foot Building 43 at 6 Resilient Circle sold to Affordable Midcoast Housing by Midcoast Regional Redevelopment Authority for $5.1 million on August 15.

138 Main St., Belfast: Retail building sold to Allan Wood Family Trust by Belfast Holdings LLC for $2.3 million. Andrew Ingalls and Charles Day of CBRE|The Boulos Co. brokered the deal, which closed September 4.

696 Broadway, South Portland: 3,355 square foot retail/service building sold to 33 Hill St LLC by Karl Steinbach for $350,000. Greg Perry of Cardente Real Estate brokered the deal, which closed August 27.

8 Country Club Road, Sanford: Convenience Store sold to AR Holdings LLC by Wee Link LLC for $240,000. Kirk Butterfield of Investcomm Commercial Group brokered the deal, which closed August 22.
