Sappi appoints new leaders at Somerset Mill
Sappi North America, the Boston-based subsidiary of global pulp and paper group Sappi Ltd., has named new leaders at its mill in Skowhegan.
Somerset Pulp and Paper Mill’s former managing director, Mike Haws, is becoming vice president of manufacturing. Haws has successfully led the manufacturing organization in an interim capacity since June, the company said in a news release.
Tony Ouellette, former production manager at the mill, will be promoted to managing director. John Donahue, former vice president of manufacturing, is becoming vice president of central and wood procurement.
Anne Ayer is now vice president of fiber resources and corporate development; Annette Luchene is now vice president and chief financial officer; Jennifer Miller is now chief business sustainability officer; and Deece Hannigan is now vice president of coated and packaging business.
