Storm diverts 2 vessels at cruise ship season's end
The last cruise ship of the season arrived in Portland harbor this morning as two cruise ships cancelled scheduled arrivals in Bar Harbor due to Tropical Storm Sandy.
The Associated Press reported that Royal Caribbean's 982-foot Brilliance of the Seas was scheduled to bring 2,400 passengers and 850 crew members into Portland this morning.
The cruise ship is the last scheduled to dock in Portland waters this year and is set to depart for New York City this evening.
