TruChoice Federal Credit Union has promoted four employees within its leadership team.
Ryan Adams is now executive vice president and chief financial officer. He joined TruChoice as the finance manager in 2018 and served as vice president of finance for the last three years, helping the credit union grow its asset size to $230 million.
Jessica Holland has been promoted to vice president of member experience. Holland has been with the credit union for 20 years. She has served as assistant vice president of multiple areas, including payments and omni experience, strategically building the department while advocating for members.
Kaj Johanson has been promoted to vice president of lending. He joined the credit union as a loan operations manager in 2012 and has served as assistant vice president of lending for eight years.
Lisa Rowley has been promoted to vice president of planning and project management. She has been with the credit union for 31 years and has held several leadership positions, including director of project management and business intelligence.

TruChoice Federal Credit Union is based in Portland and has offices in Buxton and Biddeford. The credit union has $227.5 million in assets and was ranked No. 21 among the largest Maine-based credit unions in the 2024 Mainebiz Book of Lists, based on assets as of Sept. 30, 2023.
