Vitalius Real Estate Group, a boutique real estate brokerage firm based in downtown Portland, announced the opening of a branch office in downtown Bath.
“We are excited to expand our brokerage to the midcoast region with this gorgeous office in downtown Bath,” said Brit Vitalius, the company’s principal.
Brokers joining the group have knowledge of the area, and the ability to create opportunities for clients in the coastal region, he added.
The location, at 129 Front St., will be the primary office for brokers who joined Vitalius in 2023 — Nancy Carleton, Poe Cilley, Tyson Soule and Cheryl Kaplan — along with Brianna Buzzell, who has been with Vitalius since 2021.
Established in 2011, Vitalius Real Estate Group specializes in single-family homes, condos, commercial properties and multi-family investments in Greater Portland. In 2018, the Vitalius Giving Program was established. Every quarter, Vitalius agents donate a percentage of their gross commissions to an organization of their choice that has a meaningful and positive impact on the community.
