Pemberton & Associates, a Yarmouth-based recruiting firm, has hired a new executive recruiter for the accounting, finance and risk division.
Cate Rafferty has spent her career in the seacoast area of Maine and New Hampshire in the areas of sales, staffing and recruitment. She has been highly successful in developing strong client and candidate networks at both local and international firms.
According to her Linkedin profile, Rafferty worked as a recruiting manager for KBW Financial Staffing & Recruiting in New Hampshire and was a business development representative at Interim Healthcare in Massachusetts.
"I have a passion for building relationships and helping others make important professional and personal connections," said Rafferty.
Rafferty will collaborate with clients throughout New England at the human resources company to build upon the firm's long history of delivering high-impact talent solutions. She received a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of New Hampshire.
