Planning on expanding?

Maine is definitely back in business after the pandemic years, but expansions may be hamstrung by the price of construction materials, lack of building stock, the high cost of energy and elevated interest rates.

    Fortunately, we completed a major physical expansion more than doubling our square footage in 2019. We should be set now for the foreseeable future.
