Now in its third year, the Mainebiz 40 Under 40 recognizes the state's up-and-comers, the next generation of leaders who are changing Maine and its economy for the better.  Mainebiz is proud to recognize these men and women as they rise in their careers. Will your business require more in-the-office work from employees next year?
Poll Description

A survey in August asked the leaders of nearly 800 U.S. companies about their return-to-the-office policies.

Roughly two-thirds of the businesses that were polled already require some or all employees to work from the office.

Another 23% of the companies plan to implement a requirement during 2025.

Such mandates gained more attention in September when Amazon CEO Andy Jassy told employees they'll soon have to return to a five-day, in-office work week.
