    One thing this poll does not distinguish is the dramatic change in fixed and wireless speeds with seasonal traffic.

    I have great internet BUT I live in South Portland! A second question should be "where do you live or work or use the internet" so it becomes more apparent where it's not working or available

    In Jefferson, on a well-traveled road with lots of houses, there is no acceptable broadband. I use Starlink, which is expensive and not ideal (lots of trees!) and a Verizon hot spot when Starlink isn't working. It's awful.

    Would it be less expensive if we were to give all underserved areas a free link to Elon's StarLink?
