    How about the rest of us who paid their fair share of taxes as well?

    I do think it is funny that the Gov. is getting/taking credit for this idea when it was first introduced by a Republican member of the legislature. I don't care how I spend it as long as I get to spend it and the state doesn't. They waste enough money.
