    Our business has kept our Covid protocols in place, but many employees who worked offsite have returned to the office and do not want to go back to offsite work unless absolutely necessary. Wash your hands, keep your distance, and stay home if you feel sick, other than that, let's get back to work!

    Are the companies who are acting like it's 2019 not a pandemic in 2021 the same ones wondering why no one wants to work for them?

    Covid is a workplace safety issue. Any business that isn't implementung hybrid work models and other measures to protect their employees should answer to OSHA. Businesses also have an obligation to their customers and vendors to prevent the spread of covid.
