I doubt it unless certain groups do whatever they can to try and undermine the economy and make it happen. Trump haters can't stand the fact that the economy is doing so well and will stop at nothing to take him down and they don't care how much of our tax dollars they spend to do it. If people would let market forces work, then everyone will be better off. The tariffs should have been dealt with years ago as the USA has been getting the short end of the stick for a long time.
