    With inflation on the rise, and interest rates poised to jump, it is the perfect time to buy real estate. The only problem is finding something worth buying. It's like when they bring in free food into the office when you have already eaten.

    I wish the answer was yes, but alas it is no. I would love to sell and move south where the policies are much more friendly and my freedoms are not taken for granted and quashed.
