    Hopefully businesses will realize that the people they rely on to keep their businesses going are having a hard time and will part with some cash to pay year end bonuses!

    Year end bonus’s are tied to predetermined growth and quality goals and are budgeted annually. I’m a strong believer that bonuses need to be awarded if earned. It they are appropriately budgeted for, then it’s a no brainer at years end or whatever the interval.
