At Girl Scouts of Maine, over 5,000 girls from across the state are reaching their fullest potential. Our girls are discovering what’s important to them, connecting with their community, and taking action to make the world a better place. With the help of over 3,000 volunteers, we are creating adventures, learning opportunities and future leaders. Through the Girl Scout Leadership Experience, girls in grades K-12 make friends, challenge themselves with new experiences, and develop the skills and confidence to say, “I know I can do this!” This unique leadership experience is grounded in three processes:
