Significant professional accomplishment: Serving as a leader during the most transformative time in Northern Light Health history, co-leading internal performance improvement efforts to further integrate and align processes system-wide over the course of multiple years. This ongoing program includes significant change management efforts, the development of an analytics infrastructure, and designing intuitive dashboards for leaders.
Passion project: Serving as a guest lecturer to in-state and out-of-state universities, educating college-level students enrolled in health care programs on analytics and the complexities of the business of health care and the need for disruption and improvement in reducing the cost of care.
