Lynch Group has hired a seasoned leader with experience in leadership, operations, logistics and development as director of the Records Management Center and Shredding On Site.
In this role as director, Sam Froelich is expected to drive strategic growth as Lynch expands its records and data-management services throughout New England. He will be part of Lynch Group’s senior leadership team.

Froelich has worked in transportation and logistics for over 13 years. He has led operational teams in supply chain management and intermodal and dedicated services at Schneider National.
More recently, he served as director of business development at Paper Transport, specializing in transportation solutions.
Froelich received his bachelor's degree in business from St. Norbert College and his master's in business administration from Kennesaw State University.

Operating divisions include Lynch Logistics, Records Management Center, Shredding On Site, Central Maine Moving & Storage, MaineDelivery, ABC Storage and Lynch Realty Group.
