Here’s a roundup of commercial sales in Maine first published in the Tuesday Real Estate Insider during July. (The Thursday Real Estate Insider compiles real estate leases.)

616 Forest Ave., Portland: Walgreens store sold to Cam Kenmar 3 LLC by Riverwood Commercial Properties Inc. for $6.25 million. Chris Pascucci and Brian Dano of SVN Masiello completed the transaction, which closed June 4.

673 Main St., Gorham: 27,842-square-foot retail building sold to 673 Main Street LLC by Mojo1 LLC for $2.85 million. Mark Malone of Malone Commercial Brokers (representing seller) and Charles Day of Porta and Co. (representing buyer) brokered the transaction, which closed June 14.

91-93 Columbia St., Portland: 4-unit residential property sold to undisclosed buyer by Michael P. Connelly and Linda E. Connelly for $1.2 million. Dan Weber and Nick Laverriere of Vista Real Estate Brokers at KW and Jeff Mateja and Alex Wiss of KW brokered the deal, which closed May 31.

27 High St., Biddeford: 6-unit residential property sold to Twenty Seven High LLC by High St Properties LLC for $990,000. Dan Weber and Nick Laverriere of Vista Real Estate Brokers at KW and Jessie Pinkham Demers of Spectrum Real Estate brokered the deal, which closed June 14.

82 Portland Road, Kennebunk: 1,032-square-foot office sold to 4A Properties LLC by Cooper Jacks LLC for $376,500. Gwen Genest and Nate Mayo of Portside Realty Group (representing seller) and Cheri Bonawitz and Karen Rich of Malone Commercial Brokers (representing buyer) brokered the transaction, which closed June 21.

1240 Lisbon St., Lewiston: 2,430-square-foot retail building sold to 1240 Lisbon St. Lewiston Maine LLC by Leading Funding LLC for $995,000. John Doyon of Malone Commercial Brokers brokered the transaction, which closed June 26.

81-85 College Ave., 123 College Ave. and 16 Drummond Ave., Waterville and 20 Main St., Fairfield: Multifamilies sold to AJKA Enterprises LLC by AGGA LLC for $880,000. Ben Spencer of CORE Firms brokered the transaction, which closed July 1.

83 Pleasant St., Auburn: 7,096-square-foot office building sold to Advanced Heating Solutions LLC by 83 Realty LLC for $575,000. Tom Moulton and Katie Breggia from the Dunham Group and Kelly Barrett from Century 21 Advantage brokered the sale, which closed June 26.

11F Gorham Industrial Parkway, Gorham: 2,500-square-foot industrial condo sold to 11F Gorham Industrial Parkway LLC by JEJC LLC for $375,000. Greg Hastings from the Dunham Group and Joe Italiaander and Chris Gallagher from the Boulos Co. brokered the sale, which closed July 1.

250 Odlin Road, Bangor: Bangor Suites Airport Hotel sold to Pramukh Bangor Suites Airport LLC of Maine by LG Bangor LLC for $6.325 million. Roger Daigle and Julia Langham of Daigle Commercial Group brokered the transaction, which closed July 2.

5 Ocean St., South Portland: 4,627-square-foot restaurant building sold to The Send Properties LLC by Marian Land LLC for $1,473,170. Nate Stevens and John Finegan of the Boulos Co. brokered the deal, which closed June 5.

700 Stroudwater St., Westbrook: Three-building industrial property totaling 4,776 square feet sold to New England Dumpster Inc. by T.W. Enterprises Inc. for $895,000. Drew Sigfridson and Reese McFarlane of the Boulos Co. brokered the deal, which closed June 3.

450 Northeast Road, Standish: 11,093-square-foot mixed-use building sold to 450 Northeast Rd LLC by Vartanian Properties LLC for $700,000. Chris Gallagher and Joe Italiaander of the Boulos Co. brokered the deal, which closed May 30.

800 West Bethel Road, West Bethel: Pleasant River Campground sold to WM Hospitality Management LLC of Maine by Pleasant River Campground, Inc. for undisclosed price. Roger Daigle and Stanley Rintz of Daigle Commercial Group brokered the transaction, which closed July 3.

253 US Route One, Scarborough: 5,796-square-foot office building sold to MJO Holdings LLC by VP Holdings LLC for $1.59 million. Jennifer Small of Malone Commercial Brokers (representing buyer) and Chris Paszyc and Chris Romano of the Boulos Co. (representing seller) brokered the transaction, which closed July 10.

1289 Washington Ave, Portland: 4-unit multifamily sold to Coconut Capital LLC by Adrianne Zahner and Kyle Burchesky for $870,000 Jennifer Davies of Compass Commercial Brokers and Britt Vitalius of Vitalius Real Estate Group brokered the deal which closed July 12.

1 Summer St, Freeport: 4-family property in Freeport Village, once a bed-and-breakfast and is now used as year-round rentals, sold to undisclosed buyers by undisclosed sellers for $857,000. Brit Vitalius and Chris Sullivan of Vitalius Real Estate Group (representing sellers) and Jonathan Finch and Monia Mukiza (represented buyers) brokered the transaction, which closed July 10. 

0 River Road, Windham: 14.69-acre parcel of land sold to 21 Leighton LLC by Maine Drilling and Blasting Inc. for $210,000. Cameron Foster of the Boulos Co. (representing seller) and Eddie Dickhaut of Landmark Realty (representing buyer) broker the deal, which closed June 4.

431 Odlin Road, Bangor: 3,366 SF retail building sold to Purple Co. Management, LLC for $500,000 by Hancock Heights Holding Co, LLC. TC Haffenreffer, Sylas Hatch, and Brayn Plourde from The Dunham Group brokered the sale, which closed on July 22, 2024.
