The owner of a shopping center in Kittery said it added seven retailers this summer, bringing the tenant base to nearly 60.
Simon Property Group said clothing retailers Claire’s, Carter’s and Osh Kosh B’Gosh, along with Mélange Home, Perfume Palace, Limited Hype and Jack’s Country Store opened recently at Kittery Premium Outlets at 375 U.S. Route 1, according to a news release.
Clothing and accessory retailer Vineyard Vines, founded by brothers Shep and Ian Murray in 1998, is expected to open next spring.
Mélange Home offers home furnishings. Jack’s Country Store has more than 500 brands of candy. Limited Hype sells sneakers and streetwear. Perfume Palace sells fragrances.
Simon Property Group (NYSE: SPG), based in Indianapolis, has a global footprint of 400 retail centers in 24 countries, according to its website.
