26 Commerce Drive, Arundel: 10,000-square-foot industrial building sold to Brimar LLC by Arundel Commerce Lot 4 LLC for $1.25 million. TC Haffenreffer and Sylas Hatch from the Dunham Group and Becky Baker from Anchor Real Estate brokered the sale, which closed March 20.
930 West Main St., Dover-Foxcroft: 32-unit multifamily complex sold to Freeman Residential Properties LLC by Riverview Apartments LP for $1.1 million. Nick Lucas of the Boulos Co. (reprensenting seller) and Tim McClary of Realty of Maine (representing buyer) brokered the deal, which closed Dec. 28.
