Skowhegan Savings Bank has promoted Andrew Fortin-Trimble to senior vice president and chief banking officer.
In his new role, he will oversee the bank’s retail network, mortgage lending, cash management, call center and marketing teams.
“I look forward to working more closely with our sales teams to find additional innovative ways that we can serve our customers and make our communities a better place to live and work," said Fortin-Trimble.
Fortin-Trimble joined the bank in 2020 as vice president and director of marketing before being promoted to the bank’s senior management team as senior vice president and chief marketing officer in 2023.
“Andrew’s initiative and forward-thinking approach has been a fundamental addition to our senior management team and the bank’s growth over the past five years, with his contributions further strengthening our brand and enhancing our customer relations,” said Dan Tilton, president of Skowhegan Savings.
“In this new role, I foresee Andrew’s ongoing leadership and expertise pivotal in working with our teams to further identify how we can increase our level of customer service in ways that better help our customers meet their financial goals,” he continued.
Prior to joining Skowhegan Savings, Fortin-Trimble was the digital marketing manager for Camden National Bank, where he led digital acquisition strategy and revenue operations at CEB, now Gartner.
The Waterville resident received his bachelor’s degree in international relations from Liberty University and his master’s in business administration from Thomas College.
Skowhegan Savings is ranked No. 17 among the largest Maine-based banks in the 2025 Mainebiz Book of Lists, based on $880.8 million in assets as of June 30, 2024.
