Bar Harbor Bank & Trust has hired Debra Crook as vice president and project management officer.
The role entails developing and implementing project management practices while ensuring compliance with the bank’s project management office framework, regulatory requirements and corporate policies.
Crook brings almost 30 years of project management experience. She launched her career in 1996 as a senior project manager at Cardinal Health.
After nine years at Cardinal Health, she took on leadership roles at Avizent and Nationwide Insurance. She spent the past decade at J.P. Morgan Chase in various roles.
The Bucksport resident received her bachelor's degree in psychology from Excelsior College and her master's degree with distinction in project management from Keller Graduate School of Management at DeVry University. Crook is also certified in change management.
