Portland-based Reveler Development has begun pre-leasing for its newest and third residential building in Biddeford, the Eddy.
Situated at 8 Eddy Ave. (formerly 60 Barra Road), the six-story, 200,000 square-foot building is slated for occupancy March 1, and features 250 studio and 1-bedroom market-rate apartments, along with outdoor amenities and green space that focus on “indoor-outdoor living” according to Reveler CEO John Laliberte.
A large courtyard will offer dining and grilling patios, fire pits and a Bocce court. Laliberte notes that residents will also have access to a “full swing” golf simulator, yoga studio, fitness center, game room, theater, library, sun room and pet wash facility.
Reveler’s property management division, Port Property, is handling leasing. The Eddy was built by Falmouth-based Penobscot General Contractors and the design team was Portsmouth-based Market Square Architects.
The Eddy joins two mixed-use Reveler projects also in Biddeford, the Levee and Riverdam, which have brought a combined total of 167 new market-rate residential units to the city.
Saco-based PM Construction will add 39 affordable apartments to the market later this year or early in 2026, with the completion of Adams Point.
