Blue Galaxy LLC leased 2,086 square feet of retail space at 15 Temple St. in Portland from 11 Temple MHR LLC. The deal was brokered by Zach Resnikoff of KW Commercial/Magnusson Balfour and Luke Malone of Malone Commercial Brokers.
NONG LLC leased 1,500 square feet of restaurant space at 171-A Ocean St. in South Portland from Cash-Flow IQ LLC and Double S Investments LLC. The tenant was represented by Peter Gwilym of Porta & Co. The landlord was represented by Chris Craig of the Dunham Group.
Suffolk Construction Co. leased 1,535 square feet of office space at 100 Commercial St. in Portland from Soley Wharf LLC. The landlord was represented by Peter Harrington of Malone Commercial Brokers. The tenant was represented by Sam Legeyt of the Dunham Group.
Muhammad Akhtar leased 2,086 square feet of retail space at 15 Temple St. in Portland from 11 Temple MHR LLC. The landlord was represented by Joe Malone of Malone Commercial Brokers. The tenant was represented by Zachary Resnikoff of Keller Williams Realty.

Malcolm Bedell, doing business as Ancho Honey, leased 1,365 square feet of retail space at 153 New County Road in Thomaston from Midcoast Development LLC. The landlord was represented by Noah Stebbins and Roy Donnelly of the Boulos Co.
Amity Cos. leased 1,358 square feet of office space at 22 Free St. in Portland from J.B. Brown & Sons. The landlord was represented by Derek Miller of the Boulos Co.

Heartleaf ABA LLC leased office space at 16 Commerce in Augusta from Zenith Ultimate Group LLC. The deal was brokered by Ben Spencer and Josh Soley of Maine Realty Advisors and Derek Miller of the Boulos Co.
Neuco Inc. renewed its lease of 9,420 square feet of industrial space at 125 Pleasant Hill Road in Scarborough from 125 Pleasant Hill LLC. The deal was brokered by Justin Lamontagne, Greg Hastings and Sam LeGeyt from the Dunham Group.
R.W. Gillespie & Associates renewed its lease for 6,167 square feet of industrial space at 20 Pomerleau St. in Biddeford from Spur Park LLC. Greg Hastings of the Dunham Group brokered the renewal.
Champlin Associates leased a 6,000-square-foot industrial building at 233 Roosevelt Trail in Windham from Roosevelt Leasing LLC. Alex Pirleci of KW Commercial/Magnusson Balfour brokered the deal on behalf of both parties.
Royal River Heat Pumps renewed its lease for 5,276 square feet of industrial space at 353 U.S. Route 1 in Freeport from 353 US Route One LLC. Sam LeGeyt and Jim Harnden from the Dunham Group brokered the renewal.
Nong LLC leased 1,500 square feet of restaurant space at 171 Ocean St. in South Portland from Cashflow IQ LLC and Double S. Investments LLC. The deal was brokered by Chris Craig from the Dunham Group and Peter Gwilym from Porta & Co.
Richardson Monument Co. Inc. leased 1,331 square feet of retail space at 321 Elm St, Unit 2, in Biddeford from Deet Street Associates. Bryan Plourde from the Dunham Group brokered the lease.
Kinder Garden Childcare LLC leased 2,000 square feet of commercial space at 657 Maine Ave. in Farmingdale from Elkhatib's Ventures LLC. Dennis Wheelock of KW Commercial/Magnusson Balfour brokered the deal.
