Engel & Völkers Casco Bay recently opened a new location at 10 Moulton St. in Portland, its third since the real estate company announced its affiliation with the global brand in 2020.
Over 60 guests attended the ribbon cutting ceremony and reception held Sept. 9.
The franchise’s other locations are in downtown Brunswick and on Harpswell’s Orr’s Island.
“Our new Engel & Völkers shop exhibits the unique, modern design shared by our network of high-end real estate shops around the world,” Bruce Davis, license partner of Engel & Völkers Casco Bay, said in a news release. “We believe that our properties should be showcased in the finest way possible and that our clients and community should enjoy the entire real estate process, which includes visiting us.”
Davis is the founder of Homes & Harbors Real Estate in Harpswell. In 2020, he rebranded the firm as Engel & Völkers Casco Bay through a franchise deal with the global brand, which is headquartered in Hamburg, Germany, and operates a network of over 12,000 real estate professionals in more than 30 countries.
His franchise is Engel & Völkers’ first entry into Maine.
The partnership between Engel & Völkers and Homes and Harbors Real Estate merged 25 years of real estate experience with global marketing systems and technology and an international network.
