Rinck Advertising, a marketing, ad and public relations agency headquartered in Lewiston, has hired Jenna Candusso, a resident of Austin, Texas, as associate creative director.
Candusso brings eight years of experience and a diverse skill set to the role, including creative leadership, design strategy and focus on innovation, the agency said in a news release. She will work remotely, from Austin.
“Rinck offers a level of creative freedom and collaboration that I couldn’t find in Austin,” Candusso told Mainebiz. “I get to work with an incredibly talented team in an engaging remote culture. I’m excited to bring my creative prowess to the Rinck team to continue to help elevate the work and create pieces we’re proud of.”
In her role, Candusso will develop and create visual art for clients, mentor the agency's designers and art directors, and evaluate processes collaborating in a remote environment.
She will report to Matthew Ketchum, creative director at Rinck.
Candusso previously served as associate creative director at Hunt, Gather, based in Austin, working with clients such as Chipotle and Whole Foods.
“I started my career at DDB in Chicago eight years ago,” Candusso told Mainebiz. “Since then, I’ve worked at various agencies with a wide range of experience across multiple disciplines.”
Her work was recognized with the 2023 Davey Awards for Best in Show Design & Print Collateral for the Whole Foods Market Impact Report, and a Gold Award for Branded Digital Content for the Chipotle Human Nature Campaign.
Candusso received a bachelor's degree in creative and strategic advertising from Virginia Commonwealth University.
"Jenna injects a dynamic edge, creative leadership and brand expertise into Rinck,” said Laura Rinck, president of Rinck Advertising. “We’re ecstatic to welcome her to the team and excited to unleash her innovation and big ideas to drive exceptional results for our clients.”
Founded in 2001, Rinck has offices on Lisbon Street in downtown Lewiston, with remote locations across the U.S. The firm's work includes brand-building, creative services, media planning and buying, digital strategy, influencer marketing and content marketing.
Rinck Advertising ranks No. 10 among Maine's largest woman-owned businesses. The firm has 33 Maine employees.
