Keiser wins $4.5M contract

Keiser Homes of Oxford has signed a $4.5 million deal with CTA Construction of Boston to build a 95-unit senior living center in Somerville, Mass. The company also will partner with New England Homes of Portsmouth, N.H., another modular manufacturer, according to a Keiser press release.

The project, called Capen Court, is estimated to cost $20 million and is funded by the Somerville Housing Authority. It will include 157 modules totaling more than 85,000 square feet and will connect to a recently completed assisted-living center also funded by the authority.

The modules are scheduled to be delivered in June and the project is expected to be complete by April 2010, according to the press release.
