CM&B, Inc. with offices in Beverly, Mass., and New York City, managed the renovation on behalf of L.L.Bean and Rindge, N.H.-based Seppala Construction was contracted by the landlord.

The architects on the project were PCA Inc., of Cambridge, Mass., and Portland-based WBRC. Inc.
