Maine's commercial real estate leases for the month of November 2022

From the Nov. 17 Real Estate Insider

Furniture Friends leased 3,535 square feet of warehouse space at 650 Main St. in South Portland from 650 Main LLC. The transaction was arranged by Claire Richardson of the Boulos Co.

Broken Crow LLC leased 2,300 square feet of office space at 1 Dana St. in Portland from One Dana LLC. Cheri Bonawitz and Karen Rich of Malone Commercial Brokers represented the tenant. Steve Baumann of Compass Commercial Brokers represented the landlord.

OurPeople Inc. leased 1,485 square feet of office space at 97A Exchange St. in Portland from Top of Exchange LLC. The tenant was represented by Drew Sigfridson and Claire Richardson of the Boulos Co. The landlord was represented by Pete Harrington of Malone Commercial Brokers.

L&H Structural Engineering Services LLC leased 1,300 square feet of industrial space at 60 Gray Road in Falmouth from Deering Avenue Associates Inc. The transaction was arranged by Jon Rizzo and Sasha Bogdanovics of the Boulos Co.

Eco-Build USA LLC leased 74,724 square feet of industrial space at 28 Pond View Drive in Scarborough from 28 Pond View LLC. Tom Moulton and Katie Allen Breggia from the Dunham Group and Gerry O’Connell from Keller Williams Coastal Realty brokered the lease.

Mathews Bakery Inc. leased 14,000 square feet of industrial space at 5 Karen Drive in Westbrook from 5 Karen Drive Associates LLC. Greg Hastings and Tom Dunham of the Dunham Group and Craig Young from the Boulos Co. brokered the lease.

North Atlantic Cargo Line LLC leased 10,000 square feet of industrial space at 45 Center St. in Scarborough from DPR Properties LLC. The landlord was represented by Drew Sigfridson and Jon Rizzo of the Boulos Co. The tenant was represented by Greg Boulos and Samantha Marinko of the Boulos Co.

Legends Residential Care LLC leased 3,753 square feet of office space at 324 Cummings Road, Suite 101, in South Portland from H.H.H. LLC. Tom Moulton and Katie Allen Breggia from the Dunham Group and Asher Chappell from Maine Realty Advisors brokered the lease.

Hospice of Maine LLC leased 2,700 square feet of office space at 24 Stone St. in Augusta from Compass Augusta Office LLC. The landlord was represented by Chris Paszyc and Chris Romano of the Boulos Co. The tenant was repped by Dan Brown of Swearingen Realty Group.

Roundhouse Media LLC leased 2,400 square feet of office space at 120 Exchange St. in Portland from PO Square Building LLC. The tenant will be relocating to this downtown
location across from City Hall to establish its new headquarters. The landlord was represented  by Drew Sigfridson of the Boulos Co. The tenant was repped by Claire Richardson of the Boulos Co.

H&R Block leased 1,955 square feet of office space at 68 Main St. in Kennebunk from Park Square Property LLC. The landlord was represented by John Finegan of the Boulos Co. The tenant was represented by Mike Cobb of Colliers International.

OurPeople Inc., a team communication platform company, leased 1,485 square feet of office space at 97A Exchange St. in Portland from Top of Exchange LLC. The landlord was represented by Pete Harrington of Malone Commercial Brokers. The tenant was repped by Drew Sigfridson and Claire Richardson of the Boulos Co.

Alternative Wellness Services leased 1,247 square feet of office space at One Weston Court in Augusta from Vickery Hill LLC. Mark Malone of Malone Commercial Brokers brokered the transaction.

From the Nov. 3 Real Estate Insider 

Preti, Flaherty, Beliveau & Pachios leased 40,746 square feet of office space at One City Center in Portland. The landlord is One City Center Associates. The brokers were Joseph Porta and Vince Ciampi of Porta & Co.

New England Life Care leased 20,000 square feet of flex space at 45 Center St. in Scarborough from DPR Properties LLC. The transaction was arranged on behalf of the landlord by Drew Sigfridson and Jon Rizzo of the Boulos Co., and on behalf of the tenant by Jon Rizzo of the Boulos Co. and Joe Doyle and Allison Hoffman of Cresa Partners.

MLL LLC renewed a lease of 6,220 square feet of office space at 202 U.S. Route 1 in Falmouth from Foreside Place LLC. Steve Baumann of Compass Commercial Brokers brokered the deal.

New England Packaging Solutions LLC leased 6,000 square feet of industrial space at 125 John Roberts Road in Scarborough from SJ Realty during relocation from Jetport Plaza. The transaction was arranged by Joseph Italiaander of the Boulos Co.

Integrated Tax Consultants leased 5,260 square feet of office space at 358 U.S. Route 1 in Falmouth from Dow Commercial Properties LLC. The landlord was represented by Jon Rizzo and Sasha Bogdanovics of the Boulos Co. The tenant was represented by Eric Flynn of Excellence Realty.

Point32Health Services Inc. leased 3,556 square feet of office space at 80 Exchange St. in Portland from 80 Exchange LLC. The landlord was represented by Brice O'Connor of the Boulos Co. The tenant was represented by Tony McDonald and Sasha Bogdanovics of the Boulos Co. and Neil Schneider of Newmark. 

BOA renewed a lease of 3,200 square feet of retail space and drive through at 241 US Route 1 in Falmouth from Falmouth Center LLC. Steve Baumann of Compass Commercial Brokers brokered the deal.

Century 21 Northeast leased 2,600 square feet of office space at 241 U.S. Route 1 in Falmouth  from Falmouth Center LLC. Steve Baumann of Compass Commercial Brokers brokered the deal.
