6 Mill St., 32 West St., 24 Bow St., 76 Main St., 42 Main St., Freeport: Retail portfolio consisting of four buildings and one parking lot and including 49,086 square feet of rentable space sold to Freeport Partners LLC by Freeport Group LLC and Shulport LLC for $7.45 million. Josh Soley of Maine Realty Advisors and Mark Malone of Malone Commercial Brokers brokered the deal, which closed Nov. 18.

481 Riverside Industrial Parkway, Portland: Office building sold to Riverside Kids LLC by Morrison Center for $1.265 million. Greg Perry of Compass Commercial Brokers and Craig Church of Keller Williams Commercial brokered the deal, which closed Oct. 31.

1015 Route 202, Monmouth: Industrial property with multiple buildings totaling 26,000 square feet sold to Back 40 Property LLC by Kabbott LLC for $749,000. Dennis Wheelock of KW Commercial/Magnusson Balfour brokered the deal, which closed Nov. 30.

75 Pleasant St., Auburn: Multi-family property sold to JDR Holdings LLC by Bowie Properties LLC for $635,000. Kevin Fletcher of the Fletcher Group of Keller Williams Realty and Daniel Coleman of Androvise Realty brokered the deal, which closed Nov. 14.

145 Lisbon St., Lewiston: 20,000-square-foot office building sold to J & AH LLC and JJ & LII LLC by JL Dale LLC for $600,000. Frank Carr of Maine Realty Advisors brokered the deal, which closed Oct. 18.

1 Bridge St., Berwick: 6-unit multifamily, sold to Reuben Perkins by RSP Berwick LLC for $600,000. Frank Carr and Josh Soley of Maine Realty Advisors brokered the deal, which closed Nov. 30.

23 Pinnacle Road, Liberty: 11.29 acres sold to Marlo DiBiase and Jonathan Jarvis by Donald A. Braue Living Trust for $450,000. Dennis Wheelock of KW Commercial/Magnusson Balfour and Lisa Decker Griffith of the New England Real Estate Co. LLC brokered the deal, which closed Nov. 21.

430 Court St., Auburn: Multi-family property sold to  JDR Holdings LLC by Bowie Properties LLC for $425,000. Kevin Fletcher of the Fletcher Group of Keller Williams Realty and Daniel Coleman of Androvise Realty brokered the deal, which closed Nov. 14.

14 Gary L. Maietta  Parkway, South Portland: Office building sold to BGRE LLC by Briggs Properties LLC for $410,000. Greg Perry of Compass Commercial Brokers and Chris Sullivan of Vitalius Real Estate brokered the deal, which closed Nov. 15.

1 Marks Lane, Gardiner: 7,600-square-foot industrial building sold to Area Leasing and Development LLC by G Town 2 LLC for $350,000. Ben Spencer of Maine Realty Advisors and Dennis Wheelock of Keller Willians brokered the deal, which closed Oct. 28.

1240 Main St., Oxford: 1-acre developable lot sold to 1240 Main St LLC by Craftsbury LLC for $245,000. Amanda Melnick of Maine Realty Advisors and Chris Craig of the Dunham Group brokered the deal, which closed Nov. 2.

Harvest Hill Lane, Auburn: Residential development site sold to YEEAAASSSS LLC by Colonial Ridge LLC for $185,000. Kevin Fletcher of the Fletcher Group of Keller Williams Realty and Trisha Fletcher of Better Homes and Gardens brokered the deal, which closed Oct. 12.

16-22 Station Ave., Brunswick: Portfolio of five buildings consisting of 71,583 square feet sold to WFF Brunswick Owner LLC purchased by JHR Development of Maine LLC for $18 million. Drew Sigfridson of the Boulos Co. arranged the transaction, which closed Oct. 27.

48 Alfred St. and 78 South St., Biddeford: Two multifamily buildings totaling 8,920 square feet sold to Sherwood Properties by Multivision Investments for $1.6 million. Brandon Mitchell of Malone Commercial Brokers (representing seller) and James Emst of True Wind Realty (representing buyer) brokered the transaction, which closed Dec. 2.

740 County Road, Westbrook: 9.3-acre land site sold to Robert Cleaves C Dirigo Solar by Joan E Larson Living Trust for $650,000. Tom Dunham from the Dunham Group and Shawn Gagne from Terra Nova Realty brokered the sale, which closed Dec. 1.

339 North St., Saco: 0.58-acre land site sold to Five Star Holdings LLC by Creative Work Systems for $339,685. Justin Lamontagne from the Dunham Group brokered the sale, which closed Dec. 5.

11D Gorham Industrial Parkway, Gorham: 2,500-square-foot industrial condo sold to 11D LLC by G Harmon Associates LLC for $337,500. Greg Hastings from the Dunham Group brokered the sale, which closed Nov. 22.

20-22 Paris St., Norway: 2,425-square-foot office building and 4-unit apartment building sold to Beechwood Stays LLC by Samuel L. Small for $305,000. Tim Millett of Porta & Co. brokered the deal, which closed Dec. 1.

Haigis Parkway, Scarborough: 7.88 acres of land sold to Allagash Brewing Co. by Crossroad Holdings LLC for undisclosed price. Drew Sigfridson and Jon Rizzo of the Boulos Co. arranged the transaction, which closed Oct. 27.

Union Station Plaza, Portland: 117,814-square-foot retail plaza sold to Maine Health Care Association by Union Station LP for $16.875 million. 409 Main St. and 3 Dupont Ave., Biddeford: Two multifamily buildings sold to Head Light Homes LLC by Hollyday Multi LLC for $1.93 million. Brandon Mitchell of Malone Commercial Brokers (representing seller) and Arden Stuckey of Keller Williams Realty (representing buyer) brokered the transaction, which closed Dec. 12.

123 York St., Kennebunk: 14,729-square-foot industrial building sold to Habitat for Humanity York County by Trenholm Industries for $1.55 million. Justin Lamontagne and Sam LeGeyt from the Dunham Group brokered the sale, which closed Dec. 9.

288 Main St., Biddeford: Mixed-use residential/commercial building sold to 288 Main Street 1 LLC by Equity Rental Properties Inc. for $800,000. Tom Gadbois and Robert Baldacci of F.O. Bailey brokered the deal, which closed Dec. 16.

49 Mussey Road, Scarborough: 3,300-square-foot retail building sold to 49 Mussey Rd LLC by 8 CP LLC for $594,000. Cheri Bonawitz, and Karen Rich of Malone Commercial Brokers (representing buyer) and Juliana Tonini of EME Commercial Real Estate (representing seller) brokered the transaction, which closed Dec. 21.

469 Elm St., Biddeford: 3,900-square-foot retail building sold to K.M.O. Enterprises LLC by 2-Mica Inc. for $451,750. Cheri Bonawitz and Karen Rich of Malone Commercial Brokers (representing seller) and Joseph Italiaander of the Boulos Co. (representing buyer) brokered the deal, which closed Dec. 21.

70 Ossipee Trail East, Standish: 2,900-square-foot office building sold to NEEC LLC by Chase Custom Homes & Finance Inc. for $320,000. John Doyon of Malone Commercial Brokers brokered the transaction, which closed Dec. 19.

11 Ellsworth Road, Blue Hill: Blue Hill Laundry business and real estate sold to Giles Enterprises Inc. by Blue Hill Laundry Inc. for undisclosed price. Scott Balfour of Magnusson Balfour Commercial & Business Brokers–Keller Williams Realty brokered the deal, which closed Dec. 16.
