From the Dec. 29, 2022, Real Estate Insider:

Lynch Logistics Inc. leased 50,000 square feet of industrial space in East Millinocket from the town of East Millinocket. The deal was brokered by TC Haffenreffer, Sylas Hatch and Tom Dunham from the Dunham Group.

SRS Distributors leased 25,000 square feet of warehouse space at 640 Saco St. in Westbrook from Storage Realty Corp. The landlord was represented by Mark Malone of Malone Commercial Brokers. The tenant was repped by Victor Galvani of Parson Commercial Group.

Trident Engineering and Inspections leased 7,343 square feet of office space at 21 Saco St. in Westbrook from Storage Realty Corp. The landlord was represented by Mark Malone of Malone Commercial Brokers. The tenant was repped by Victor Tedford of Tedford & Associates Realty.

The town of York leased 5,878 square feet of office space at 4 Market Place Drive in York from Stroudwater Capital LLC. Kirk Butterfield of KW Commercial/Magnusson Balfour brokered the deal.

Back in Motion Physical Therapy LLC leased 2,700 square feet of service and retail space at Dunstan Village, 707 US Route 1 in Scarborough, from Dunstan Properties LLC. The landlord is represented by Michael Anderson and Karen Rich of Malone Commercial Brokers. The tenant was repped by Shirward Punches of CARR.

Fourteen Forty Financial LLC leased 2,200 square feet of medical office space at 25-29 Bowdoin St in Manchester from the Venetians Inc. Craig Church and Dennis Wheelock of KW Commercial/Magnusson Balfour brokered the deal.

Hadden Row LLC leased 251 square feet of office space at 81 Bridge St. in Yarmouth from Sparhawk Investments LLC. Alex Pirleci and Kirk Butterfield of KW Commercial/Magnusson Balfour brokered the deal.

Becky's Buds LLC leased 165 square feet of office space at 23 Ocean Ave. in Portland from 23 Ocean Avenue Associates LLC. Alex Pirleci and Kirk Butterfield of KW Commercial/Magnusson Balfour brokered the deal. 

From the Dec. 22, 2022, Real Estate Insider

Insulation Distributors Inc. leased 21,600 square feet of industrial space at 167 Rumery St. in South Portland from 167 Rumery Road LLC. The deal was brokered by Greg Hastings and Tom Dunham from the Dunham Group and Dan Johnson from Dialect Realty.

RLC Engineering leased 6,783 square feet of office space at 1 Cumberland Place in Bangor from MRM Bangor LLC. The deal was brokered by TC Haffenreffer and Sylas Hatch from the Dunham Group.

Crisp Classes LLC leased 4,863 square feet of industrial-retail space at 200 Expedition Drive in Scarborough from the NE Expedition Scarborough LLC. The deal was brokered by Justin Lamontagne of the Dunham Group and Mark Malone from Malone Commercial Brokers.

Dedalus Wine Group Portland LLC leased 3,040 square feet of retail space at 127 Marginal Way in Portland from Back Cove Co. The deal was brokered by Sylas Hatch and TC Haffenreffer from the Dunham Group and Jennifer Small from Malone Commercial Brokers.

Local Infusions leased 2,696 square feet of office space at 24 Stone St. in Augusta, from Compass Augusta Office LLC. The landlord was represented by Chris Paszyc and Chris Romano of the Boulos Co. The tenant was repped by Jeff Bruk and Zach Bruk of Bruk Realty Advisors.

AK Health & Social Services leased 2,121 square feet of office space at 550 Forest Ave., Suite 101, in Portland from SSA Realty LLC. The deal was brokered by Justin Lamontagne, Tom Moulton and Katie Allen Breggia from the Dunham Group and Noah Stebbins from the Boulos Co.

Aunties House leased 1,358 square feet of retail-office space at 40 Free St. in Portland from J.B. Brown & Sons. The transaction was arranged by Derek Miller of the Boulos Co.

Simpson Electric leased 1,800 square feet of industrial space at 12 Edison Drive in Augusta from J&R Associates LLC. The transaction was arranged by Nick Lucas of the Boulos Co.

Baskin Aesthetic Medicine LLC leased 2,666 square feet of medical office space at 222 Auburn St. in Portland from MSP Professional LLC. The landlord was represented by John Doyon of Malone Commercial Brokers. The tenant was repped by Roxane Cole of Roxane Cole Commercial Real Estate.

Psychology Specialists of Maine leased 2,160 square feet of office space at 2 Portland Square in Portland from North River IV LLC. The transaction was arranged by Drew Sigfridson and Brice O'Connor of the Boulos Co.

GoGo Refill leased 1,055 square feet of retail space at 163 Pleasant St. in Brunswick, from Holland Low. The transaction was arranged by Cameron Foster of the Boulos Co.

Island Affairs leased 1,491 square feet of retail space at 611 Main St. in South Portland from Main Street Development Co. LLC. Brandon Mitchell of Malone Commercial Brokers brokered the transaction.

OI Infusion Services LLC leased 1,250 square feet of office space at 6 East Chestnut St. in Augusta from Augusta East Redevelopment Co. LLC. The tenant was represented by Mark Malone of Malone Commercial Brokers. The landlord was repped by Dennis Wheelock of Magnusson-Balfour Commercial Brokers.

Alternative Wellness Services leased 1,247 square feet of office space at One Weston Court in Augusta from Vickery Hill LLC. Mark Malone of Malone Commercial Brokers brokered the transaction.
