Norway Savings Bank has promoted Randy Easler to senior vice president, senior retail banking officer.
Easler will oversee all retail banking functions, including branch administration, operation of the bank’s retail banking activities, retail business development and sales activities for the retail portfolio.

It is such a rewarding experience to contribute to those ideals and ensure that the Bank remains a strong financial partner for its customers and the wider community,” said Easler.
Easler most recently served as vice president and loan operations manager, a position he has held since 2019.
He joined Norway Savings in 2012 as vice president and Saco branch manager. In 2016, he became vice president and retail loan center manager, overseeing mortgage and consumer underwriting, processing and closing teams.
Prior to joining Norway Savings, Easler held management positions at Wells Fargo Financial and KeyBank.
The Hollis resident received his bachelor’s degree in business management from Thomas College.
