Portland IT firm Winxnet changes its name to Logically

Courtesy / Logically Chris Claudio, CEO of the Portland IT firm Winxnet, announced Monday that the company is rebranding under the new name Logically. The company, which was created in 1999, said the name change coincides with the integration of its solution offerings, operating procedures and systems with K&R Network Solutions, the San Diego-based company it acquired last June. Logically retains Claudio as CEO and will keep its headquarters in Portland.

Winxnet Inc., a Portland firm that acquired San Diego-based K&R Network Solutions Inc. last June to form a coast-to-coast managed IT services company, has changed its name to Logically.

The company announced the name change Monday, noting that the integration of its solution offerings, operating procedures and systems with K&R Network Solutions is now complete.

“Our customers tell us they chose us because of the trust they have in us to always do the right thing, and our operational and technical excellence. Logically represents these qualities and our brand promise,” Chris Claudio, CEO of Winxnet, said in a news release. “‘Logic’ represents our operational and technical excellence. ‘Ally’ represents our trusted partnership with customers. We are your trusted IT ally, Logically.”

The newly branded company Logically retains its Portland headquarters and serves more than 450 managed service customers from Maine to California. It focuses on small and midsize enterprises and helps organizations leverage the power of information technology to achieve their goals by making IT management easy and secure. Clients include hundreds of corporations, health care organizations, nonprofits and public sector agencies.

Jeremy Kurth, K&R Network Solutions’ co-founder and chief technology officer, said the two companies realized that merging “Winxnet’s operational excellence with K&R Network Solutions’ technical expertise would create incredible value for our customers.”

“The combined entity enables broader and deeper technical expertise to solve customer problems, which is really important in this era of cloud and digital transformation with its increasingly complex IT and cybersecurity challenges,” he said.

Logically’s management team will include Claudio as CEO, Winxnet co-founder Michael Williams as president and Kurth as chief technology officer.

Logically’s solutions cover the full range of cloud and on-premise IT management needs, ranging from IT strategy and leadership, technology upgrades, cloud migrations, security and regulatory compliance, to ongoing IT management and end-user support.
