Sound Rink, a Portland-based startup that sells VIP ticket packages to fans of touring musicians, is the single Maine business that made Inc. magazine’s list of the 500 fastest-growing private companies in the United States.
The Maine Startups Insider said Sound Rink was ranked No. 232. The list will be published online and in the September print edition.
The rankings are based on three-year revenue growth.
In 2015 Sound Rink reported revenue of $3.3 million, a 1,714% increase from 2013.
“It’s a great accomplishment,” Sound Rink CEO Cody DeLong told the Startups Insider. “I’ve always looked at the list, but never thought I’d be on it.”
