Portside Real Estate Group announced its lineup of real estate professionals for this year’s Portside Summit — the largest residential real estate conference in Maine with continuing education credits, according to a news release.
The summit is scheduled for Jan. 16, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., at the Westin Harborview, 157 High St. in Portland, for real estate agents, media and business professionals.

Themed “Thrive in 2025,” this year's summit will showcase insights from tech innovators, including MoxiWorks, Union Street Media and Maine Listings, which will share strategies for leveraging technology, data and tools to build real estate businesses.
The summit will also emphasize the power of hyperlocal marketing, launching its new campaign, “The Future is Local,” with insights from Portside’s top-producing agents, who will share their strategies and actionable tips.
Another session will dive into the challenges and opportunities of running a small business, with insights from Maine’s small business community, including Christina Livada of Chappy Wrap, John Naylor of Rosemont, Colleen Kavanagh of Soulbeing and Joe Schacht of Dynamics Fitness.
