110 Main St., Saco: 55,160-square-foot office and retail building sold to 110 Main Street Holdings LLC by Rivergate LLC for $2.595 million. Dan Greenstein of CBRE|The Boulos Co. brokered the deal, which closed April 13, 2018.

5 Depot St., Freeport: 23,620-ssquare-foot two-story commercial building on 0.88 acre sold to 22 Monument Square LLC by Timm Holdings LLC for $1,987,500. Drew Sigfridson, Dan Greenstein and Catie Seavey of CBRE|The Boulos Co. brokered the deal, which closed April 6, 2018.

39 Darling Ave., South Portland: 12,075-square-foot office building sold to Peregrine Corporation by 39 Darling Avenue LLC for $1.4 million. Justin Lamontagne from NAI The Dunham Group and Mark Malone from Malone Commercial Brokers brokered the sale, which closed April 10, 2018.

65 Hanover St., Portland: 13,009-square-foot mixed-use building and .3-acre parking lot sold to Barrett Made by City of Portland for $1.1 million. Joseph Porta of Porta & Co. (representing buyer) and Vince Ciampi of Porta & Co. and Nate Stevens of CBRE|The Boulos Co. (representing seller) brokered the deal, which closed April 6, 2018.

942 U.S. Route 1, Woolwich: Montsweag Roadhouse, a 7,200-square-foot restaurant on 4.1 acres sold to Clark & Cassell Enterprises LLC by Southern Maine Business Brokers LLC for $680,000. Daniel Catlin of SVN|The Urbanek Group brokered the deal, which closed April 2, 2018. 

Lot 5, Cumberland Foreside Village, Cumberland: 2.84 acres sold to Belted Cow Realty LLC by Heritage Village Development Group LLC for $215,000. Tom Dunham and Greg Hastings from NAI The Dunham Group and Mark Malone from Malone Commercial Brokers brokered the sale, which closed April 9, 2018.

50 Monument Square, Portland: 35,910-square-foot investment building sold to The Lancaster Group LLC by 50 Monument LLC for $4.25 million. Tom Moulton and Katie Millett from NAI The Dunham Group and Dan Greenstein and Nate Stevens from CBRE|The Boulos Co. brokered the sale, which closed April 17, 2018.

1130 Minot Ave., Lewiston: 75,000-square-foot industrial building sold to Roundstone Realty Group by 1130 Minot Ave LLC for $2.8 million. Kevin Fletcher of KW Commercial (representing seller) and Hugh O’Shea and Mark Duval of Maine Custom Realty (representing buyer) brokered the deal, which closed April 13, 2018.

217 High St., Ellsworth: 2,766-square-foot retail building sold to 217 High Street LLC by Bar Harbor Realty LLC for $1.3 million. Chris Paszyc of CBRE|The Boulos Co. and Adam Scherr of Sands Investment Group brokered the deal, which closed March 29, 2018.

689 Lisbon St., Lisbon: 1.85 acres sold to Lisbon Property Holdings LLC by Double Diamond Pawn Inc. for $815,000. Derek Miller of CBRE|The Boulos Co. brokered the deal, which closed April 4, 2018.
