35 Foden Road, South Portland: 40,000-square-foot retail center sold to 35 Foden Road LLC by E.G. Foden Co. for $3.8 million. Justin Lamontagne and Greg Hastings from NAI The Dunham Group and Jim Harnden from Harnden Commercial Real Estate brokered the sale, which closed Feb. 15, 2018.

407 U.S. Route 1, Freeport:  5,064-square-foot office building sold to  407 U.S. Route 1 LLC by Lux Associates LLC for $850,000. Andrew Ingalls of Malone Commercial Brokers brokered the transaction, which closed Feb. 13, 2018.

280 Park St., Lewiston: 0.81 acres with a 10,123-square-foot industrial building sold to AAJ LLC by GRE LLC for $425,000. Chris Paszyc and Tim Millet of CBRE | The Boulos Co. brokered the deal, which closed Jan.  29, 2018.

115 James St., Portland: 4,402-square-foot industrial building sold to Delta Realty LLC by Loring Acoustics Inc. for $400,000. Tom Moulton and Greg Hastings from NAI The Dunham Group brokered the sale, which closed Feb. 15, 2018.

299 River Road, Lewiston: Former landscape nursery with two retail buildings, four greenhouses, residence and garage sold to 299 River Road LLC by Roger Roberge for $390,000. Cardente Real Estate brokered the deal, which closed Feb. 12, 2018.

390 U.S. Route 1, Unit 4, Falmouth: 806-square-foot office condominium sold to Cesar Viola and Joanna Giglia by T.K. Falmouth LLC for $145,000.  Mark Malone of Malone Commercial Brokers (representing seller) brokered the transaction, which closed Jan. 31, 2018.

255 Oxford St., Portland: 10,000-plus square feet and 17 subsidized housing units and vacant land sold to T International Realty from LMG Properties LLC for $925,000. Josh Soley and John Golden of Maine Realty Advisors (representing buyer) brokered the sale, which closed Feb. 14, 2018.

389 County Road, Scarborough: 30 acres sold to Crystal Spring MHP LLC by Leealex LLC for $580,000.  Mike Anderson of Malone Commercial Brokers and Kevin Fletcher of KW Commercial brokered the transaction, which closed Jan. 30, 2018.

100 Forest Ave., Portland: 5-unit apartment building sold to BJB Realty LLC by 100 Forest Ave LLC  for $439,900 Thomas Gadbois of F.O. Bailey Real Estate and Joe Flynn of Flynn and Company brokered the dealm which closed Feb. 9, 2018.

25 Stone St., Augusta: 3,670-square-foot office building sold to Jay Real Estate LLC by Local Yokel LLC for $315,000. Chris Paszyc of CBRE|The Boulos Company brokered the deal, which closed Jan. 16, 2018.

982 Main St., Sanford:  2,855-square-foot retail building sold to Tejay Smith by Cumberland Farms Inc. for $267,000.  John Doyon of Malone Commercial Brokers (representing seller) brokered the transaction, which closed Jan. 30, 2018.

785 Main St., Oxford: 3.79 acres sold to TM Land LLC by Winter Homes LLC for $168,000. Derek Miller of CBRE|The Boulos Company brokered the deal, which closed Jan. 4, 2018.

159 Elm St., Biddeford: 15-unit residential building with additional units for office and workshop sold to Brickford LLC by Durp LLC for $925,000. Cheri Bonawitz of Cardente Real Estate (representing seller) and Thomas Gadbois of F.O. Bailey Real Estate (representing buyer) brokered the deal, which closed Feb. 2, 2018. 

11-13 Short Bennett Road, New Gloucester:  24.24 acres with two buildings totaling 8,493 square feet sold to the Morrison Center by the Wayfinder Schools for $675,000.  Michael Anderson of Malone Commercial Brokers (representing seller) and Gregory Perry of Cardente Real Estate brokered the sale, which closed Dec. 27, 2017.   

275-277 State St., Augusta: 7.15 acres of developable land sold to Greater Augusta Utility District by Judith Stackpole for $270,000. Dennis Wheelock of Magnusson Balfour brokered the deal, which closed Jan. 24, 2018.

222 Auburn St., Portland: 18,000-square-foot office building sold to MSP Professionals LLC by Robert & Martha Smith for $1,843,600.  John Doyon of Malone Commercial Brokers and John Graham of Graham Real Estate brokered the deal, which closed Dec. 27, 2017.  

27 Main St., South Portland: 9,408-square-foot office building sold to Teamsters Local Union No. 340 by 27 Main Street LLC for $1.02 million.   Andrew Ingalls of Malone Commercial Brokers (representing buyer) brokered the transaction, which closed Jan. 5, 2018.

144 Thadeus St., South Portland: 4,800-square-foot warehouse/office building sold to Blue Sky Holdings LLC by Teamers Local 340 Union No 340 for $670,000.   Andrew Ingalls of Malone Commercial Brokers and Andrew Carr of Carr Building brokered the deal, which closed Jan. 5, 2018. 

934 Intervale Road, New Gloucester: Residential facility sold to Day One by Larry Zuckerman for $570,000. Sam LeGeyt of Harnden Commercial Brokers (representing buyer) and Chris Griffith of Great Moose Group Lux Realty (representing seller) brokered the deal, which closed Friday, Jan. 12, 2018.

1400 Washington Ave., Portland: 4,055-square-foot retail/service building sold to #1 Plaza LLC by RITCO Properties Inc. for $460,000.  John Doyon of Malone Commercial Brokers (representing buyer) and Craig Church of Magnusson Balfour brokered the deal, which closed Jan. 12, 2018.
