19 Northbrook Drive, Falmouth: 6,085-square-foot office investment property sold to CPM-19 Northbrook Drive LLC  by Mark Richards for $1.1 million. Matthew Cardente of Cardente Real Estate brokered the transaction, which closed Sept. 28.

10 Gurnet Road, Brunswick: 5,744-square-foot investment property sold to CPM-10 Gurnet Road LLC by M&E Associates for $700,000. Matthew Cardente of Cardente Real Estate brokered the transaction, which closed Sept. 28.

52 Water St., Hallowell: 25,264-square-foot office building sold to NAMI by Capital Area Properties LLC for $185,000. Nick Lucas of CBRE|The Boulos Co. brokered the deal, which closed Oct. 4.

509 Ocean Ave., Portland: Office building  sold to Maine Farmland Trust Inc. by Stone Coast Holdings LLC for $750,000. Mike Cobb of Cardente Real Estate and John Robinson of RE/MAX Shoreline brokered the transaction, which closed Oct. 1.

16 Sanford Drive, Gorham: 7,500-square-foot industrial building sold to Flowfold Real Estate LLC by TSC Partners LLC for $650,000. Justin Lamontagne and Sam LeGeyt from NAI The Dunham Group brokered the sale, which closed Oct. 2.

120 Tandberg Trail, Windham: 7,979-square-foot mixed-use investment sold to Ultimate Property Management LLC by Rampart Enterprises for $630,000. Greg Hastings and Tom Dunham from NAI The Dunham Group and Raylene Estabrook from Signature Homes and Real Estate brokered the sale, which closed Oct. 1.

125 Bucknam Road, Falmouth: Retail building sold to Nicholas and Jodie Sotiropoulos by K&N LLC for $460,000. Anthony Struzziero of Porta & Company and Juliana Tonini of Magnusson Balfour brokered the deal, which closed Oct. 3.

10 Mill Brook Road, Unit 16, Saco: 1,494-square-foot industrial unit sold to BBK Investments LLC by Baha LLC for $210,000. Greg Hastings from NAI The Dunham Group and Mike Anderson from Malone Commercial Brokers brokered the sale, which closed Oct. 10.

14 Industrial Way, Portland: 26,427-square-foot building sold to Keiter and Associates QI for KJS Family Trust by Dairy Times LLC for $3.65 million. Joe Malone, Jennifer Small and Peter Harrington of Malone Commercial Brokers brokered the transaction, which closed Sept. 20.

124-160 Canal St., Lewiston: 23,000-square-foot office complex sold to NB Canal Plaza LLC by Canal Plaza LLC for $1.137 million.  Kevin Fletcher of Northeast Commercial Brokers at Keller Williams Realty brokered the deal, which closed Sept. 20.

33 Elmwood Ave., Westbrook: 27,000-square-foot retail building sold to Wild Duck Services by Prides Corner LLC for $1 million.  Mark Malone from Malone Commercial Brokers (representing seller) brokered the transaction, which closed Sept. 12.

486 Elm St., Biddeford: 15,456-square-foot industrial/retail building sold to Covehead Bay Holdings LLC by National Retail Properties LP for $725,000.  Kevin Fletcher of Northeast Commercial Brokers at Keller Williams Realty brokered the deal, which closed Sept. 21.

157 Main St., Lewiston: 8,928-square-foot multi-tenanted commercial building known as “The Joe Bornstein Building” with 12 parking spaces sold to LV Properties LLC by HMS LLC for $540,000. Thomas Gadbois of F.O. Bailey Real Estate brokered the deal, which closed Sept. 21.

137 Leeman Drive, Bath: 0.275-acre development site sold to Integrity Holdings LLC by Trademark Properties Inc. for $100,000. Ty Hobbs of CBRE | The Boulos Co. brokered the deal, which closed Sept. 24.

6 Potter St., Brunswick: 21-unit apartment building sold to Potter St. LLC by Sebago Rental Properties LLC for $1.775  million. Jed Rathband of the Rathband Co. at Keller Williams Realty and John Graham of John Graham Real Estate brokered the deal, which closed Sept. 18.

215 Gloucester Road, New Gloucester: 100-acre property sold to The Morrison Center by Wayfinder Schools for $1.35 million. Michael Anderson of Malone Commercial Brokers and Greg Perry of Cardente Real Estate brokered the transaction, which closed Aug. 30.

11 Mallett Park Drive, Brunswick: 27,563-square-foot industrial building sold to Bath Iron Works by Juniper Holdings for $1.314 million. Chris Paszyc of CBRE | The Boulos Co. brokered the deal, which closed Sept. 13.

180 Park Ave., Portland: 7,157-square-foot office condo sold to Park 180 LLC by 180 Park Avenue LLC for $1.2 million. Tom Moulton and Katie Millett from NAI The Dunham Group and Mark Malone from Malone Commercial Brokers brokered the sale, which closed Sept. 17.

841-853 Portland Road, Saco: 65 acres sold to City of Saco by Portland Road Realty Trust for $675,000. Ty Hobbs of CBRE | The Boulos Co. brokered the deal, which closed Sept. 14. 

600 Saco St., Westbrook: 2.99-acre land parcel sold to Storage Realty Corp. by Moore Properties Inc. for $308,000. Mark Malone from Malone Commercial Brokers (representing seller) brokered the transaction, which closed Aug. 27.

430 Bath Road, Brunswick: 13,768-square-foot medical office building and 2,802-square-foot  office building sold to Hanian Holdings LLC by JHR Bath Road Holdings LLC for $3.6 million. Drew Sigfridson, Craig Young and Brice O’Connor of CBRE | The Boulos Co. brokered the deal, which closed Sept. 13.

675 Old Portland Road, Brunswick: 24,720-square-foot building complex sold to MECAP LLC by Spurwink School Inc. for $1,000,070. Tim Millett of CBRE | The Boulos Co. and Julie Perrino of F.O. Bailey Real Estate brokered the deal, which closed Aug. 27.

15 Pleasant Hill Road, Scarborough: 12,000-square-foot multi-tenanted commercial building sold to MSP Partners LLC by Joseph Wojcik for $950,000. Thomas Gadbois of F.O. Bailey Real Estate brokered the deal, which closed Aug. 31.

2 Seton Center Drive, Waterville: 2.08 acres with a 5,136-square-foot office building sold to 2 Seton LLC by Waterville Redevelopment Company I LLC for $825,000. Chris Paszyc and Dan Greenstein of CBRE | The Boulos Co. brokered the deal, which closed Aug. 27.

40-42 College St., Lewiston: 13,961-square-foot 14-unit apartment building sold to NRH Housing by Laurie Jordan for $448,500. Thomas Gadbois and David Jones of F.O. Bailey Real Estate Brokered the deal, which closed Aug. 30.

3506 Old Bath Road, Wiscasset: Retail buildings on 2 acres of land sold to Mecap LLC by Anthony J. Cassella Trust for $200,000.  Kevin Fletcher and Ruth Summers of Northeast Commercial Brokers at Keller Williams Realty handled the transaction, which closed Aug. 23.
