FALMOUTH — RE/MAX Shoreline, which has experienced 76% growth since opening in the Portland area just over two years ago, has opened a third offic.
The Portland-based company has located in at 75 Clearwater Drive, because of the strength of the brand in the Falmouth-Cumberland-Yarmouth corridor, according to a news release from the agency.
The agency opened in 2015 with 17 agents in Portland and 20 in Portsmouth, N.H., and now has more than 60 split between the two locations.
The new space, in 1,750 square feet, has a coffee bar in the entry, open space for agent collaboration and offices and conference rooms for private meetings with staff and clients.
The Falmouth location will offer a convenient place for RE/MAX Shoreline agents to convene, as well as an opportunity to expand the firm’s already wide-reaching community in the area, the release said.
“We are very excited to officially hang our hat in Falmouth, and we are honored to be a part of this community,” said Derrick Buckspan, broker owner of RE/MAX Shoreline. “We love being part of the emerging Falmouth Village Center, and our agent community is pleased to have new space that is located in the Falmouth-Cumberland-Yarmouth corridor.”
RE/MAX Shoreline offers residential, commercial and vacation property services in both Maine and New Hampshire.
Rachel Reed, co-owner and COO of RE/MAX Shoreline, said “The RE/MAX brand is already very well established in this marketplace, and the addition of this new, fresh location will offer area homeowners and homebuyers a more convenient opportunity” to connect with the company.
