Sigfridson moves up at CBRE | The Boulos Co.

Drew Sigfridson, a partner in CBRE | The Boulos Co., has been named managing director of the commercial real estate broker’s offices in Portland and Portsmouth, N.H. He was a principal at the company.

As managing director, Sigfridson will oversee the operations of both locations, which have a combined staff of 22, including 13 brokers. In addition to business development and management of brokerage operations, Sigfridson will be active in the brokerage of commercial real estate, representing clients in all aspects of sale and leasing transactions, according to a press release.

Sigfridson joined the company in 1998, where he became a designated broker in 2007. He is serving a two-year term as president of the Maine Real Estate & Development Association and is chairman of the board of directors for Avesta Housing.
