Stinson redevelopment inches forward

The developer planning to renovate the former Stinson Seafood Co. property in Belfast is moving forward, six weeks after announcing his plans to buy the property and turn it into a multi-use complex.
Developer Arthur House has obtained a short-term lease agreement with the property's current owner, Old Belfast Bridge LLC, that allows House to perform base site work, according to VillageSoup. The lease gives House permission to perform site clean-up at the 3.6-acre property, which House in November said he plans to turn into a three-story hotel, a restaurant, and shopping and office complex.
