TD Banknorth closes deal for NJ bank
TD Banknorth today said it has completed its $8.5 billion deal to acquire Cherry Hill, N.J.-based Commerce Bank.
TD Banknorth on March 19 announced it would change its name to TD Commerce Bank to reflect the merged companies.
