A specialist in commercial real estate is shifting ground to the luxury vacation rental business.
Legacy Properties Sotheby’s International Realty — luxury and lifestyle property company with six offices and more than 100 agents serving Maine and New Hampshire’s coastal, lake and mountain communities — said Kimberly Veilleux has joined the brokerage’s Portland office.
With five years of real estate experience, Veilleux previously specialized in commercial real estate, focusing on sales acquisitions and leasing. She brings a track record of working with investors to secure and manage investment properties, according to a news release.
She will be playing a role in assisting with the brokerage's luxury vacation rental business.
“Her strong background and dedication to delivering top-tier service make her an invaluable asset to our growing luxury vacation rental business,” said Christopher Fortunato, the firm’s COO.
Veilleux co-owns Mainely Home Watch, a service for seasonal residents, and runs a digital marketing business supporting local small businesses in building their online presence. Veilleux, who has degrees in business marketing and nutrition, lives in South Portland.
