The Boulos Co. announced that Chris Paszyc earned the prestigious dual SIOR designation in both the office and industrial sectors.
SIOR stands for Society of Industrial and Office Realtors, a commercial real estate association.
He is only the fourth in Maine to hold the honor, according to a news release.
Paszyc has been an office specialist since 2014. The recent recognition further cements his position as one of the few industrial specialists in Maine. He also holds the Certified Commercial Investment Member designation.
Achieving a dual designation requires individuals to meet the threshold of production in both office and industrial transactions.
Having four SIORs within the firm amplifies the Boulos Co.’s national presence, granting access to SIOR’s national network of top-tier, well-connected offices, and industrial specialists from coast to coast.
The SIOR designation is significant because SIORs are renowned as top industrial and office brokerage practitioners in any given market. Being an SIOR opens doors to a global network comprising over 3,400 industry frontrunners.
SIOR has a variety of membership categories worldwide, including member associate, SIOR designation and associate membership.
The SIOR website displays an array of transactions executed by its members. The showcased transactions represent a fraction of the 80,000 deals SIORs finalize annually.
The Boulos Co. is a Maine and New Hampshire commercial real estate firm. Founded by Joseph Boulos in 1975, the firm has grown to include more than 43 employees in Portland and in Portsmouth, and Manchester, N.H.
