410 Payne Road, Scarborough: 17,753-square-foot retail building sold to Pierce Family Properties LLC by Chilton Properties LLC for $3.5 million. Mark Malone of Malone Commercial Brokers brokered the transaction, which closed Jan. 21.

10 Market St., Scarborough: 5,190-square-foot office condo sold to JXH LLC by 10 Market Street LLC for $1,686,750. Drew Sigfridson and Jon Rizzo of the Boulos Co. (representing seller) and Craig Young and Sasha Philips of the Boulos Co. (representing buyer) brokered the deal, which closed Jan. 10.

280 Lincoln St., South Portland: 7-unit residential apartment building and 5,582-square-foot flex building in South Portland's Ligonia neighborhood sold to 280 Lincoln St LLC by undisclosed sellers for $1.4 million. Brit Vitalius and Chris Sullivan of Vitalius Real Estate Group (representing sellers) and Jonathan Stinson of Keller Williams (represented buyers) brokered the transaction, which closed Jan. 31. 

4 Commonwealth Drive, Augusta: 13,204-square-foot 8-unit multi-family building sold to Rock Harbor Management LLC by Diana L. Bernier and Robert P. Bernier for $1,354,566. Noah Stebbins of the Boulos Co. arranged the transaction, which closed Jan. 9.

233 U.S. Route 1, Yarmouth: 2,207-square-foot commercial building sold to Jill Partridge and/or assignee by Southworth Investments LLC for $973,000. Karen Rich and Cheri Bonawitz of Malone Commercial Brokers (representing seller) and Tim Dunham of Tim Dunham Realty (representing buyer) brokered the transaction, which closed Jan. 15.

88 Congress St., Portland: 886-square-foot retail condo sold to Broken Arrow Land Resources LLC by Yellow Brick House LLC for $395,000. Joe Malone of Malone Commercial Brokers (representing seller) and Jennifer Small of Malone Commercial Brokers (representing buyer) brokered the transaction, which closed Feb. 21.

376 U.S. Route 1, Freeport: 1.2-acre parcel of land sold to Doten 376 LLC by Letter Streets LLC for $240,000. Derek Miller of the Boulos Co. (representing seller) and Noah Stebbins of the Boulos Co. (representing buyer) brokered the deal, which closed Dec. 19.

29 Innovation Way, Gardiner: 12.9 acres sold to 29 Innovation Way LLC by Lyne Realty L.P. for $95,000. Dennis Wheelock of KW Commercial/Magnusson Balfour and Mackenzie Simpson of Porta & Co. brokered the deal, which closed Feb. 5.

Hartley Street and Tall Pines Drive, Lewiston: 116,480-square-foot, 100-unit multifamily portfolio sold to Hartley and Tall Pines Realty LLC and Blue Investment Group LLC purchased by LDT LLC for $13.16 million. Noah Stebbins of the Boulos Co. arranged the transaction, which closed Feb. 13.

Winchester Woods, Portland: 46,944-square-foot, 48-unit multifamily portfolio sold t Noma LLC by Winchester Woods LLC for $12.1 million. John Finegan of the Boulos Co. arranged the transaction, which closed Jan. 23.

103 River Road, Chelsea: 30,000-square-foot warehouse building sold to the Herget Group LLC by Capitol Area Self Storage LLC for $2.95 million. Nick Lucas of the Boulos Co. (representing seller) and Ben Spencer of CORE (representing buyer) arranged the transaction, which closed Feb. 4.

1 Chabot St., Westbrook: 31,200-square-foot office building sold to MCH Best Properties LLC by Corriveau-Routhier Inc for $2.5 million. Tom Moulton, Katie Breggia and Chris Craig from the Dunham Group and Roy Donnelly from the Boulos Co. brokered the sale, which closed Feb. 25.

3 Oak St., Alfred: Oak Street Bistro sold to 7 Shree Ganeshay LLC of Maine by Oak Street Realty LLC for $2.1 million. Roger Daigle and Alexandra Diaz of Daigle Commercial Group (representing seller) facilitated the sale, which closed March 6.

0 Portland, Gorham: 131 acres of land sold to KV Enterprises LLC by the Robie Family Estate for $960,0000. Charles Day of Porta & Co. brokered the deal, which closed Dec. 28.

392 US Route 2 East, Wilton: 0.7 acre of land sold to Ardent Ventures LLC by undisclosed seller for $500,000. Charles Day of Porta & Co. brokered the deal, which closed March 4.

561 Oak Hill Road, Swanville: 4-unit 4,200-square-foot multifamily building sold to 139 Searsport Ave LLC by Blue Jay Properties LLC for $500,000. Roy Donnelly of the Boulos Co. (representing buyer) and Noah Stebbins of the Boulos Co. (representing seller) brokered the deal, which closed Feb. 5.

1250 Forest Ave., Portland: 3,230-square-foot medical building  sold ot Sarka Properties LLC by Bishop Holdings LLC for $500,000. John Finegan of the Boulos Co. brokered the deal, which closed Feb. 6.

72 Ocean St., South Portland: 1,620-square-foot retail condo sold to Working Well Spaces LLC by William Dunnigan for $454,750. Mike Anderson of Malone Commercial Brokers (representing seller) and Brandon Mitchell of Malone Commercial Brokers (representing buyer) brokered the transaction, which closed March 6.

Hobb Road, Corinth: 100-acre former pellet mill sold to Aroostook Truss Co. by the Carrier Family for undisclosed price. Robert Baldacci of F.O. Bailey Real Estate brokered the deal, which closed Feb. 28.

1190 Forest Ave. and 848 Stevens Ave., Portland: Mixed-use building sold to Olympia Block LLC by Parkside Properties LLC for $2.840 million. Jeff Davis of Town & Shore Real Estate and Thomas Gadbois of F.O. Bailey brokered the deal, which closed Feb. 20.

16 Bridge St., Lewiston: 37,600-square-foot industrial building sold to Dynamic Grid Inc. by Hardy Pond Development Company LLC for $1.6 million. Chris Craig from the Dunham Group brokered the sale, which closed March 13.

84 Warren Ave., Unit C, Westbrook: 7,350-square-foot industrial building sold to B&S 84C Warren Ave LLC by 84C Warren Ave LLC for $1.025 million. Bryan Plourde, Tom Moulton and Katie Breggia from the Dunham Group and Zach Resnikoff and Kirk Butterfield from Keller Williams brokered the sale, which closed March 17.

1 Railroad Ave., York: 1,618-square-foot restaurant building sold to Shaheen Enterprises of ME LLC by Sandra Wilson for $500,000. Chris Gallagher and Joe Italiaander of the Boulos Co., brokered the deal, which closed Feb. 14.
