37-39 Pearl St., 333 State St., 337 State St., 345 State St. and 30 Spruce St., Bangor: 5-building, 12-unit (nine residential and three commercial) multi-family/commercial portfolio sold to STAM Properties LLC by ANM Properties LLC for $2.55 million. TC Haffenreffer and Sylas Hatch from the Dunham Group, Elizabeth Moskovitz from ERA Dawson and Louis Morrison from Nexthome brokered the sale, which closed Jan. 27.
71 Wharf Hill Road, Monhegan: Island Inn sold to Hospitality Partners LLC by Monhegan Island Inn Inc. for undisclosed price. Dana Moos of Swan Agency Real Estate brokered the deal, which closed Jan. 28.
110 Longview Drive, Bangor: 91,828-square-foot retail property sold to undisclosed buyer by Orchard Acres Apartments LLC for $12.46 million. Adam Cohen, Brett Kilar and Thomas Shihadeh of Marcus & Millichap brokered the deal, which closed Feb. 3.
103 River Road, Chelsea: 31,400-square-foot self-storage facility sold to the Herget Group by Capitol Area Self Storage LLC for $2.95 million. Ben Spencer of CORE (representing buyer) and Nick Lucas of the Boulos Co. (representing seller) brokered the deal, which closed Jan. 31.
44 Sewall St., Augusta: 10-unit senior apartment building sold to Howell Hospitality LLC by Howell House for $1.05 million. Matthew Pouliot of Pouliot Real Estate brokered the deal, which closed Dec. 31, 2024.
279 Washington St. South, Auburn: 5,000-square-foot warehouse building on 0.91 acre of land sold to 279 Washington St. LLC by Twilight Years LLC for $725,000. Noah Stebbins of the Boulos Co. (representing buyer) and Greg Perry of Broad Cove Collective (representing seller) brokered the deal, which closed Feb. 3.
33 Penn Plaza, Bangor: Medical office condo sold to 35 Main Downtown LLC by MG Holdings LLC for $350,000. John Bonadio of Maine Commercial Realty and Amy Morrison of Next Home Experience brokered the deal, which closed Jan. 30.
410 Payne Road, Scarborough: 17,753-square-foot retail building sold to Pierce Family Properties LLC by Chilton Properties LLC for $3.5 million. Mark Malone of Malone Commercial Brokers brokered the transaction, which closed Jan. 21.
10 Market St., Scarborough: 5,190-square-foot office condo sold to JXH LLC by 10 Market Street LLC for $1,686,750. Drew Sigfridson and Jon Rizzo of the Boulos Co. (representing seller) and Craig Young and Sasha Philips of the Boulos Co. (representing buyer) brokered the deal.
280 Lincoln St., South Portland: 7-unit residential apartment building and 5,582-square-foot flex building in South Portland's Ligonia neighborhood sold to 280 Lincoln St LLC by undisclosed sellers for $1.4 million. Brit Vitalius and Chris Sullivan of Vitalius Real Estate Group (representing sellers) and Jonathan Stinson of Keller Williams (represented buyers) brokered the transaction, which closed Jan. 31.
4 Commonwealth Drive, Augusta: 13,204-square-foot 8-unit multi-family building sold to Rock Harbor Management LLC by Diana L. Bernier and Robert P. Bernier for $1,354,566. Noah Stebbins of the Boulos Co. arranged the transaction.
233 U.S. Route 1, Yarmouth: 2,207-square-foot commercial building sold to Jill Partridge and/or assignee by Southworth Investments LLC for $973,000. Karen Rich and Cheri Bonawitz of Malone Commercial Brokers (representing seller) and Tim Dunham of Tim Dunham Realty (representing buyer) brokered the transaction, which closed Jan. 15.
376 U.S. Route 1, Freeport: 1.2-acre parcel of land sold to Doten 376 LLC by Letter Streets LLC for $240,000. Derek Miller of the Boulos Co. (representing seller) and Noah Stebbins of the Boulos Co. (representing buyer) brokered the deal.
29 Innovation Way, Gardiner: 12.9 acres sold to 29 Innovation Way LLC by Lyne Realty L.P. for $95,000. Dennis Wheelock of KW Commercial/Magnusson Balfour and Mackenzie Simpson of Porta & Co. brokered the deal, which closed Feb. 5.
220 Maine Mall Road, South Portland: Shopping center sold to New Gen Hospitality Inc. by GMG LLC for $19.75 million. David Jones of F.O. (representing seller) brokered the transaction, which closed Feb. 14.
88 Congress St., Portland: 886-square-foot retail condo sold to Broken Arrow Land Resources LLC by Yellow Brick House LLC for $395,000.
