The Boulos Co., a Maine and New Hampshire commercial real estate firm, announced it is expanding operations with the addition of a new brokerage team based in Manchester, N.H.

Boulos has locations in Portland and Portsmouth, N.H. Founded by Joseph Boulos in 1975, the firm has grown to include more than 35 employees in Portland, Portsmouth and now Manchester.

The Manchester team consists of Roger Dieker, Mike Tamposi, Chris Healey and Karen Gazzara.

Dieker will fill the role of managing broker. The team joined Boulos after exiting a longstanding tenure at CBRE Group.

“We’ve enjoyed a mutually beneficial relationship with CBRE, and it made sense for some time, given our proximity to the Boston office,” Dieker says. “Over the past three years, however, the Boulos Co. has become a regional leader in providing world-class marketing power, back office support, and business development strategy for brokerage teams. We want to be a part of that collaborative culture, which enables our brokers to be as successful as they can possibly be.”

Dieker says his team has worked with Boulos in the past.

The move is expected to enable the Manchester team to expand its service area to cover additional markets and offer clients a full range of commercial real estate services on top of traditional sale and leasing, such as commercial real estate investment listing and advisory services.

“Together, Roger, Mike, Chris and Karen are one of the best brokerage teams in the business,” says Drew Sigfridson, managing director for the Boulos.

Bringing Manchester onboard gives the company complete coverage throughout Maine, New Hampshire and northern Massachusetts, according to the release.

“We’ll be able to provide even better service to our clients throughout New England with more market knowledge and expertise,” says Sigfridson.

He says the relationships go both ways: National firms bring referrals to Boulos and the company provides local clients with national reach through its affiliations with organizations such as Certified Commercial Investment Member, Society of Industrial and Office Realtors and International Council of Shopping Centers.

The Manchester office’s transition to Boulos became effective Jan. 3.

Says Dieker, “We look forward to working with CBRE on a smooth transition and to servicing them as a client in the future.
