DeStefano & Associates Inc., which is based in Portsmouth, N.H.,, has contracts to build three more sites for South Portland-based Aroma Joe’s.
The coffee shops include a site planned for Cascade Road in Saco; city documents say the developer is Pine Tree Holdings LLC and the street address will be 2 Cascade Road, not far from Old Orchard Beach.
Other Aroma Joe’s stores to be built by DeStefano will be in Nashua, N.H. (on Amherst Street), and Loudon, N.H. (on State Highway 106 South). The designer for all three is Kansas City, Mo.-based TK Architects International Inc., which has a specialty in food-and-beverage locations.
Another DeStefano project is in Scarborough, where it will manage construction for West Incube. A building of 22,000 square feet will be built from the ground up. It will be subdivided for tenants for storage and craft space. Construction was expected to start Aug. 1.
