907 Oakland Road, Belgrade: 7,800-square-foot of industrial space sold to Techno Metal Post ME by Pat Sadulsky for $350,000. John Doyon of Malone Commercial Brokers (representing seller) and Taylor Tarbox of Better Homes & Gardens Real Estate the Masiello Group (representing buyer) brokered the transaction, which closed June 30.
168 Saco Ave., Old Orchard Beach: 16,205-square-foot retail/multi-family building sold to Eagle Holdings Co. by Duffy’s Holdings LLC for $1.8 million. Sam LeGeyt from the Dunham Group and Sam Marinko from the Boulos Co. brokered the sale, which closed on June 26.
150 High St., Ellsworth: 21,000-square-foot industrial building sold to L.L.Bean Inc. by RSP Ellsworth 2 LLC for $2.8 million. Tom Moulton and Katie Breggia from the Dunham Group, Jamie Gull from Salt Realty Advisors, and Josh Soley from MRA Realty Advisors brokered the sale, which closed June 13.
77 Sewall St., Augusta: 20,000-square-foot office building sold to Five Star Holdings LLC by Seventy Seven Sewall Street LLC for $1.8 million Frank O’Connor from the Dunham Group brokered the sale, which closed June 14.
